Terms of Service
Effective date: October 27, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern use of this video publishing tool (the app). Using the app means agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app
The app is a private, single-owner desktop app that uploads and schedules the owner's own original videos to YouTube channels the owner owns. It is not offered to the public. There are no other users and no accounts for anyone else.
YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. Using the app means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. The app's use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
The app requests the scopes youtube.upload and youtube.force-ssl, only so the owner can upload their videos, set title, description, tags, thumbnail, privacy, and publish time, and post their own comments on their own channels.
Content
The owner uploads only their own original videos, to channels they own. The owner is responsible for that content, including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, comments, and publish settings. The owner must follow YouTube's rules and applicable law.
Privacy
How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy. OAuth tokens stay on the owner's computer. The app does not collect personal data, does not use analytics or tracking, and does not sell, share, or transfer data.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. There is no warranty that it will be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. The owner uses it at their own risk. YouTube or Google may change or withdraw API access.
Changes
These terms may be updated by posting a new version at this page. The effective date above will change when they are updated.
